What happens to the endocrine system as
people age?
Hormone
production by the endocrine system declines with age in all
animal species that have been tested to date. As an example, in humans,
the amount of growth hormone after the age of 20 to 30 falls about 14%
per decade, so that the total 24-hour growth hormone production rate is
reduced to half by the age of 60. In numerical values, we produce on a
daily basis about 500 micrograms at 20 years of age, 200 micrograms at
40 years, and 25 micrograms at 80 years old. "Elderly" levels
are reached by age 35-40.
The American Association of Endocrinology and the American College of
Endocrinology suggest that hormone deficiency is an age-related
event characteristically defined as a cluster of easy to recognize symptoms
that include:
- Fatigue
- Increased weight and abdominal obesity
- Decreased lean body mass, muscle mass, and strength
- Decreased exercise capacity and physical performance
- Cold extremities
- Reduced vitality
- Impaired sense of well-being
- Poor sleep

Most likely, if you are over the age of 30 then you have begun to notice

How does the endocrine system affect the body?
The endrocine system stimulates all of the systems and organs in your body. The hormones
produced by this system amongst many other benefits increases your metabolism, helping
to break down fat, build proteins, and create lean muscle. Because it affects almost all
of the different systems of the body, it is this body system that we refer to as the

Are the Renuva Anti-Aging System
products safe and are there any side effects?
Though there are no known negative side effects reported from use of the
Renuva products. Some people may experience new or different sensations
when they start using them. Depending upon the condition of your body
and how you respond to nutritional support systems, it is possible that
you may experience some new or different sensations. The body may begin
expelling toxins stored in the fat tissue and organ systems, which is
a form of healing process (detoxification). Sometimes this elimination
process can cause temporary conditions such as tiredness, headaches, skin
irritations, mild anxiety, and /or viral outbreaks, potential signs that
the body has begun to heal itself. Additionally, "aches and pains"

by decreasing amounts. When healing symptoms subside and your body gets
used to the "new" energy, you can increase to the suggested

What is the best age to begin
the Renuva endocrine enhancement regime?
Since some aspects of endrocine system function start to decline around
the age of 25, we recommend that if you are 25 or older that you begin
using our products. By age 30 that level is decreasing at a rapid pace and

Can you explain what constitutes

In 1994, U.S. Congress signed the Dietary Supplement, Health & Education
Act (DSHEA) into law. In this landmark piece of legislation, the Dietary
Supplement industry was permitted to manufacture and distribute natural
substances, provided that the substances did not “pose a significant
threat to consumer safety.” With the signing of this piece of legislation,
the “burden of proof” was placed on the FDA to prove a natural
substance not fit for general consumption. As such, the FDA has no approval
protocol for dietary supplements. Therefore like all dietary supplements

What is the MMC patented technology
in Renuva Infuser and why is it so important?
The invention of this patented MMC delivery system is one of the greatest

system. If large molecule proteins were swallowed, the acid in the stomach and the enzymes

Do the products require refrigeration
or special handling?

Explain why I might get a flush
and an itching feeling from Niacin and why it is beneficial.
If you get the "flush" and itching feelings this means that
small blood vessels in your body are being expanded in size because of
the Niacin (Vitamin B3, nicotinic acid). Many of your small blood vessels,
called "capillaries" are so small that blood cells can go through
them only in single file. Sometimes, that small passageway is clogged
and blood doesn't get through at all.
While the large organs of the body have blood supplied from large arteries,
a great deal of your body, particularly the parts near the surface (skin
and surface areas) get their ONLY supply of blood (therefore also of oxygen
and food!) from these small capillaries. So, if those capillaries
are not carrying the blood, then those parts of the body are not getting
nourishment and oxygen.
The Niacin causes these small capillaries to expand -- so they might
be able to carry two or three blood cells at the same time. This
is a tremendous increase in blood flow. People experience this as a reddening
of the skin -- simply because there is more blood close to the surface
of the body. As this blood flows in these areas the cells of the
small capillaries will also be getting rid of their waste products, and
often they produce "histamine" as part of that process.
Histamine is another natural substance produced by every cell in the body
-- when the cell is under attack, or is getting rid of toxins. Histamine
causes an "itchy" feeling.
Depending on when and what you eat either before or after taking Niacin,
the sensation could last for 10 minutes or as long as an hour.
It is not harmful or dangerous. Some people worry about it, but
it is actually a sign of very healthy cleansing and improved blood flow.
Once you have had the Niacin flush, usually the next day that same dosage
of niacin won't create the same effect, and usually after a few more days
you will have none of this sensation -- unless you increase the dosage.
